Return Policy
All products sold through School2U is eligible for returns within 14 days from the date of your invoice.
Returned products must be in original condition and unused.
The buyer must inform us via email at inquiry@school2u.my to initiate the return process.
We will respond to you with confirmation and steps on how to return your product(s). The costs of return-shipping your product to School2U are at your own expense, including but not limited to shipping/courier fees, transportation fees and packaging fees.
You will take full responsibility for the products during the return process. School2U will not be responsible and liable for all loss or damage during the return process.
The product(s) must be shipped back within 7 business days from the date of our written letter.
Restocking Fees
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an error from our side, a restocking fee of 10% may be charged.
